We do not sell personal information.
We may provide personal information to suppliers that help us operate our business, where necessary. This currently includes Netlify, which hosts our website and processes consultation-form submissions on our behalf.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to professional advisers where necessary, or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We require service providers handling personal information on our behalf to process it appropriately and subject to applicable contractual and data-protection requirements.

7. Recruitment information processed for clients
Northbridge Outsourcing Ltd may provide recruitment-support services to recruitment agencies and other clients.
Where we process candidate, worker or other personal information solely on a client's documented instructions, Northbridge may act as a data processor, while the client remains responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing.
Those activities are governed separately by the relevant client agreement and data-processing arrangements.
8. International processing
Some of Northbridge's service delivery may involve authorised personnel or service providers located outside the United Kingdom.
Where personal information is transferred internationally in circumstances covered by UK data-protection transfer rules, we will ensure that an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism and safeguards are in place where required.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including applicable legal, accounting and contractual requirements.
For general enquiries that do not result in a client relationship, we will periodically review the information and delete it when it is no longer reasonably required.
Where an enquiry results in a client relationship, relevant information may form part of our client and contractual records and may be retained for longer where necessary.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction.
Access to personal information is limited to people and service providers who require it for legitimate business purposes and who are subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
