Northbridge Outsourcing was created to help UK companies access skilled remote support, without losing the professional standards, communication and accountability they'd expect from a UK partner.
What we do
Dedicated support, not a call centre.
We're not a recruitment agency supplying permanent staff, and we're not a generic offshore call centre. Northbridge provides outsourced business functions and dedicated remote support professionals who work alongside our clients' existing teams — starting with UK recruitment agencies, and extending into wider business support as needed.
Our operational team can be based in Albania, which allows us to offer high-quality, English-speaking support at a competitive cost, while the client relationship, communication and accountability are managed from the UK.
